Should the client choose to cancel the project before it’s completion, the client will be invoiced for everything produced up to that point. Should the Client choose to cancel this project after the project’s completion, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total. No artwork will be submitted for incomplete projects.
For any uncommunicated and non-approved late payments, the client is liable to pay a 10% late fee for each week exceeding the due date mentioned on the invoice.
The client is liable and responsible for proofing any content that they provide.
If the scope of work changes during the project’s completion additional costs may occur. Any price changes will be communicated to the client prior to beginning such tasks.
Should a project go dormant for more than 30 days, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point and may incur a fee to resume work.
